Command Council elections are now done. The New Command Council is:
1.) Andes Confederation
2.) United Kingdom
3.) Aborigines Empire
4.) Russia
5.) France

Not a lot of change there, Azteca tied, technically, with the Aborigines and France, but were selected as the losers as:

1 France and the Aborigines have seniority
2 Every vote received by the Aztecs was froim an NPC (This mattered little EQ, don't get yourself worked up.

Did the Arabs make peace with India?

If not UN ships now intercept any hostile Arabian ships en route to Indian holdings, Peace will now be enforced between India and Arabia.

Who gave the UN Authority to use ships. There was not a resolution passed detailing enforcement of peace, so UN forces cannot be used.

Resolution 12 Yay: 3 Nay:
We believe that the United Nations should enforce peace between Ind
ia and Arabia. India is a large and ancient civilisation which has been a beacon of culture for many hundreds of years. With leadership India can once again flourish. We don't believe India should be destroyed and instead they should regain Babylon and Delhi. As for other borders we can leave that for India and Arabia as well as China to sort out.

India must now regain Babylon and Dehli.

As for the ships. They are to ensure that there is no conflict between the forces, that is our goal, set by a popular vote of the UN nations. It is my duty to post that it has been carried out.

I must do my job, which is, in this case, to enforce a peace between the two nations, Step one of such actions is to end hostilities. Step two is to provide an atmosphere for a treaty to be made.

Consider it provided. All nations who wish to create the Treaty of Dehli please meet here, the Russian delagation has inbformed me that they beleive it should be along these lines:

Dehli and Babylon returned to India (As they must be by UN resolution 12)
Slight Reparations to the Arabs
Preferred trade partner status granted to China
Russia retains territories won.

Germany shall put her name to the Treaty Of Delhi. We also want to be allowed to keep our current lands in India, so as to help India rebuild itself now the war has ended.

Also, the Confederation puts for UN Resolution 13:
All nations will PERMANENTLY contribute 1/10 of their navy and army to the UN. These forces will remain UN forces for as long as the country is in the UN. They may NOT be withdrawn from the UN unless the country withdraws from the UN, under penalty of expolsion.
