Germany has here a peace plan by which we can protect both Arabian and Indian citizens from more harm. We hope that the UN will help us to enforce this peace and bring an end to this war with Arabia.
Treaty Of Munich
1. Current lands occupied by Germany will be kept under German control under a later date when the lands can be returned to their rightful owner, India.
2. UN Inspectors will be kept in Arabia to ensure that all Religions are treated equally and that everyone is allowed to follow their own religion without hinderance.
3. Egypt will return cunrrently occupied lands back to Arabia in exchange for trade with Arabia
4. Arabia will agree to pay for the re-development of any damaged villages and towns in the lands they occupied in India
We hope Egypt and Arabia will also sign this deal, peace is what we must all work towards.

As part of the UN, the Andes decides that the war in Arabia is not of the UN concern. If the Arabian people are being governed the way they are without any revolution of any kind, we see no reason for outsiders to come and change it. As for the rest of the peace proposal, it seems acceptable and the Confederation moves towards Arabia to hope they accept it (besides that peacekeeping forces stationed in the country, of course.)
