OOC: Why does all the African lands that vote, vote for Atzecs?

This is an outrage.
In order to vote in the UN you must be enrolled. In order to be enrolled, you must be a nation, which the African tribes are not.
They are merely small tribes of warring zulus, who once denounced the UN, and "went to war" with it. To allow these small tribes into the UN is against all that is good.
Once peace has been made, and independent NATONS carved out of the African lands, should they be able to vote.
Right now they have no secure government in order to be represented.

NB: Ethiopia is an independent nation and shouldn;t be counted as the part of not recognising former Zulu states. The now independent nation used to be part of the NHC.

Aztecea put foward resoution 18: the new African nations are to be left alone. However, military stats cannot excede medium, which would be enforced by the UN. No Europeon, Asian, or American nations would be allowed colonies in south Africa.

I agree with the Africans that each and every nation should be represented. Last time I checked, they were independent nations under attack from European settlers.

I am again changing my vote on 18, for the final time. I do not feel that European/Asian/American settlers should get any new land, however, any land held before the wars should be theirs to keep.
