I will have to agree with Dexter. I am wondering why I didn't get new tech even though I had excellent education and 1st world living. Note that I was still neutral when war was declared.
This is what I think the sides are(the info on the front page is not correct as many people have jumped in or pulled out since the update):
Aztecea, France, the United Kingdom, India, the UNI, the Carib Union, Kenya, the RNE, and China

USSR, USNA, Egypt, Ireland, Madagascar the Philipenes, Madagascar, Eithiopia, Liberia, USA, and Congo

They were planning to start the war by sinking one of their old battleships using a submarine, then blame it on a French one and try and sink one. Also, they were planning to start a war between France and Germany using a border "incident". France has the dossier of information I think, and we will publish it if necessary.

Official Announcement From Chancellor Bernt Hass of Germany
Following reports recieved by German Central Intelligence from our French counter-parts we have no choice but to declare war on the Union Of Soviet Socialist Republics. The evidence points towards attempts at creating instability in Europe and Germany. As a result we must take the necessary action to protect Germany from the dangerous and unstable Soviet Government. We would also like to take this chance to urge our friends in the USA to think about a possible change in policy towards this conflict.
May God be with us all...

There is a distinct difference between planning something and executing that plan. If you had confronted the Secretary General before launching sneak attacks on the USSR, maybe an alternative would have been found. However, in your rush, you skipped the diplomatic phase and rushed straight to war. Contrary to what you and your allies may think, YOU started this war by making the first military strike.

Which is where you display your naievity this is not a war over rights and wrongs, this is a war purely formed of land greed. Noone cares who is right and who is wrong, they have cast sides with those who they feel can grant them the most.

Russia, you do not understand - the USSR wished harm to others, and next turn were going to unleash a blitzkrieg upon France, and then move to defeat any other nations which opposed her. Above is simply where they were trying to decide on an excuse, which Britain's undercover operative was taking notes on.
