Steps how to become germany:

1) Rename Aix-la-Chapplene, or whatever it is to Aachen.

2) Make it your capital, And rename yourself Charlemagne of the Holy Roman Empire.

3) Give indepedence to your french cities and keep only the german cities.

4) Take over real germany.

I'm quite sure in one of these RFC stories (forget which) the Khmer took over the remains of Independent China. What Frenchmen were successful in battle: Charles Martel- I'll give him credit. Joan d'Arc- Woman, and as Vergil said, "Women are unstable creatures", but she was fine. Napoleon- Midget, Possible 1st anti-Christ (I AM NOT PRO-NOSTRADAMUS!)
