[RFC: DOC] Poland Can Into Space: A Story with Polandballs

Hey, everyone! I intend this to be a minor project, which will go on as I finish Eternal Empire, and start my next major story. Anyway, this will be a DOC story where I move a civ to Poland (probably the Dutch, not sure which) and go for a space race victory. Also, the text in this story will be supplemented by some Polandball comics. The first few updates will be mostly Polandballs to get the story set up.

Anyway, hype, and give suggestions for which civ to move to Poland.

I didn't mean adding a new civ into DOC, that's for people who can actually mod. I mean moving a different civ from its normal spawn to Warsaw.
