remember if you control more then 40 cities you will become more then unstable, I would start razing more cities if I were you.

my general rule is (for conquests in RFC) if the city doesn't have a world wonder, it doesn't deserve to be in this world...

Really? Cities are the most important thing for keeping up stability while conquering the world. As they come out of rebellion they boost the economy, and some civics add stability for the more cities (in multiples of 5). The best way to get stability is to gift the cities to any potential enemies. This raises your stability when you liberate, and again when you reconquer the city.

The stability bonus from civics only works up to 20 cities, after that it stops, anything more then that no matter what civics your in, hurts your stability, I generally max out at 40-45 before falling no matter what civics I am in. Same goes with the computer...

1. I like the names of my cities, so I think I'm going to keep them the way they are.
2. I may be approaching the 40+ cities limit and my stability keeps dipping into unstable.
3. Even if I collapse again, I plan on razing every European city west of Russia.

he can keep going indefinatly, its impossible for a land with 0 cities to rebel...

i think the USA, considering their stupid wrong stability maps with yellow in France and some other areas of Europe (seriously, WTH?)

I wish somenoe could correct the stability maps, if i knew how i could try, but i don't

anyway, the USA stability map has nothing to do with millitary bases...i'm quite sure, because of a number of reasons.
