I had the same problem. I think the file itself is broken too. (I does have a very strange size compared to other building files. This often indicates a bug or something)

Scot UB Broch (granary)
Welsh Civ UP cities captured by enemies revolt longer

Monarchy - +1 happy for each military unit in a city, a few free units
Theocracy
Common Law

Power;
Tribal Clans
Military - units have +2 experience
Nobility
High Courts(governing Assemblies)
Monarch

Economy;
Pastorialism
Agrarianism
Manorialism - walls +1 happy, manors +2 gold
Long Distance Trade
Townships - cottages +1 food(cumulative)

Society;
Tribal
Serfdom - workers build 50% faster, low GP birth rate
Yeoman -
Artisans - forges +2 gold
Free labor

Religion;
Shamanism
Unorganized Religion
Sainthood - can make missionaries without monasteries,
Scholasticism - monasteries made 50% faster
State Church

Expansion;
Subjugation
Fiefdoms
Colonies
Occupation
Kingdom

Jute and Viking UU Herreman (Maceman/heavy axman)
Angles and Saxons UUGadrauhts (Soldier, Militiaman)
Jute UU Leidang (Swedish version of a Fyrd, levy in Jute army)
Norse UU Jarl (Chieftain in Norway, aka Heavy Cavalry or Knight)
Irish and Scottish and Welsh UU curraghs (galley)
Irish UUGalloglaigh (heavily armored soldiers - Maceman etc)
Irish UUceitherne (warband of light infantry)

add Barley Resource (RFCE) for diversification
Add regular building: well (+1 health)

Okay thanks. Ya I'm going to be adding quite a few units and buildings from the early part of RFCE since it is basically the same time frame(Age). Just starting earlier and ending earlier.
 
Not sure if you are already using this but I think the a really useful source for spawn dates e.c.t would be the Anglo Saxon Chronicle
I think i made that huscarl art work in this mod so you might want to look at that as well. (it is in my civ)

Okay thanks. Did you fix that moot hill too? Or did you just give up on that and make another UB?
Not there. Just checked.

Edit: I think I have a working version now anyways. Could only find one Moot Hill though. Will just have to replace it I guess with the joint UBs I'm putting in later.

Edit2: Nope. This one doesn't work either...
 
First one: Viking, English or Welsh Leaderhead

I have been given fixed graphics now for the current UU of the Germanic Civs!

(It's leggings are Teamcolored I think)) Yep. they are teamcolored and I just noticed that the units for the saxons don't have dragons on their shield or above, just colors... I can fix that!
