By the way, can you put a Readme with this. I like to save stuff like this to disk and there may come a time when I uninstall CIV4 and need to reinstall the game again and mod and I`ll have forgotten how to put in the mod.

Rhye, i have a suggestion for a alternative Dutch flag, the lion is correct, but doesn't look beautiful.
It's the logo of the Koninklijke Nederlandse Voetbal Bond (in english: Royal Dutch Football Association)

Anyway I'm afraid I'm not working on this pack anymore.

Not too sure if anybody is going to check this out, but I've used the SerpentEagle flag as a flag for a custom civ mexico and I want to make a button for it. I don't know what program to use for this though, if somebody could help me find one I can use to create a dds file for this button that would be appreciated.
