In part 6 of the Quill Dutch play through he attacks India. Now they seem to have disbanded almost all their military? Very little defense. So a naval attack on Delhi is a piece of cake.

Well, the video only showed the first turn. India may still have some Varu in the fog of war in the middle of their empire. I'm not sure what happened to their Varu that was stuck between 2 of Quill's cities. They have moved him into the ocean. We'll see when we can see turn 2 of the war with the next video. Quill did kill a lot of units, and probably why they were eager to peace out. Who knows what the Cree did, though Cree had some outdated units, so I'm guessing not much.

at 4:23 (I'm not going to screenshot it, I'll leave that for others) is Lake Retba. +2 culture +2 gold +1 production and fresh water. And it's pink. :) I don't know about drinking pink water...

Thanks! in the tile or adjacent? I guess it would be on the tile as it could be pretty powerful if it were more tiles that got that.

The usual rule seems to be that lake/forest/marsh national wonders the yield is on the tile itself, and mountain national wonders it's on the adjacent tiles.

Strangely, the GBR has yields on itself while the Galapagos Islands have adjacent contributions. The CoDover have yields on itself while the EotS has adjacency. And the new Chinese mountains NW gives yields just for having it in your territory.

Yeah, I keep on trying to build an improvement or city on the CoD, and feeling like an idiot after I remember.

Yeah I keep thinking Cliffs of Dover you should be able to build improvements on. Oh well. And yes I'm pretty sure Lake Retba is on the 2 lake tiles. That seems to be the thing with lakes. I just find it funny Firaxis thinks we can drink Dead Sea water, and now pink water. Blech.

edit: From what I can see, it seems some lost production on a failed wonder build is indeed being added to the next build. Quill switched to Campus, and it went from 9 turns to 7 turns when he pressed next turn.

The district cost was 182, so the 194 production was not added - it would have only taken one turn to build. Unless there's something else going on, like the production gets evenly distributed among all cities.

ahh, I didn't see it gave him so much production for the failed attempt. I'll see if I can spot it.

edit: I can't spot any more production boosts in other cities. He loses the wonder in about 24:00 in his Dutch part 6 game if anyone wants to look.

It might be only partially implemented in the preview build they are playing. Just take it as an indicator that they are intending for it to work.

Apparently there is a hidden agenda that likes people that engage in diplomacy. I don't know the name of it. I don't remember reading it here, but I may have missed it.

I've seen it in a German stream, the agenda dislike would translate to something like:
I'm wondering why you are talking so sparsely. I'm starting to think that you don't have anything of interested to tell.
