I definitely hope for the Ottoman Empire, but I think that the Ottoman leader will wear a turban or a fez. The hat/headband of the mysterious leader doesn't look like a turban or like a fez.

As I mentioned above, the Tepui is four tiles if I remember the livestream correctly.

Just Kandy.

The list of unconfirmed city-states is getting pretty short and only has two real contenders left:
Bandar Brunei
Kumasi - potentially capital of the Ashanti
Nan Madol
Jerusalem
La Venta
Yerevan
Hong Kong
Toronto
Carthage - potentially capital of Carthage, duh

I'm guessing the blurry photo is the Incan leader now? Doubt Ottomans.

Could be Ashanti (still holding out for them), but the skin tone probably isn't dark enough for Yaa.

It's a funny thing that the quarries were the only thing I noticed, not realizing everything else was off. That's what a day at work does to you.

It has an odd shape however, not a diamond, more a triangle with a tail

this makes the spot marked "c" to get 3 wonder tiles adjacency... quite sweet for a holy site, plus, you'll be even able to get two natural parks additionally.

Map editor trick (or misplace, really). A 5-pop city cannot have three districts (unless germany). Cannot be from neighbouring cities (considering you can grab non-adjacent tiles, that I think you can't), because each one of them has is CH as well.
