Your trains look really good.
I like it.
Do you have an idea when your mod will beready to release?
I have no idea when I will be able to release.
I'm working on the graphic part and the general concept.
I can hardly do the scenario and balance.
I managed to rework the technology tree a bit.
I used Platy's Worldtech component
When someone complete "research", the "technology" becomes disabled
But I also want to keep icons in this window that indicate the player who has "research" the "technology". I don't know how to do this.
The concept is as follows:
Since the mod period is very small, the technology tree is not needed.
Instead of the technology tree, the "Constituent Assembly" system is used.
Each power receives political points for which it buys members of the Constituent Assembly who give certain bonuses.
There will be 150 members of the Constituent Assembly divided into 3 groups:
1. Policies and administrators. Give health, happiness, buildings, speed of production, free workers, Commerce, etc.
2. Cultural figures and propagandists. Give buildings, free artists, spies, etc.
3. Generals. Give free commanders, free units, experience, etc.
Major countries (Red Russia, White Russia, etc.) get 100% political points and quickly get members of the constituent Assembly.
Minor countries (Poland, Finland, etc.) get 50% of political points and slowly get members of the constituent Assembly.
City-States (Don-Cuban Union, Baltic States, etc.) get 25% of political points and very slowly get members of the constituent Assembly.
A member of the constituent Assembly hired by one country cannot be hired by another country, which is displayed in the Constituent Assembly window. Ideally, the country's flag should be displayed next to the portrait, but I don't know how to do it yet.
There are thoughts about what would make a condition of victory: the convocation of the Constituent Assembly.
To do this, you need to hire 75 members of the constituent Assembly (for example).
There are also thoughts about unique and starting members of the constituent Assembly, available only for one country. But we still need to work on this.
That's pretty interesting. Good work so far!
Is "Political Points" renamed ?
If so, than how will you ensure it that Red and White Russia won't collect all members leaving none for the rest of the civs - since reds and whites get at least twice as much as the others?
Or is it and there will be 3 different types of GPs lightbulbing the techs?
Never the less it's pretty impressive so far
Yes, "Polinical points" renamed .
Red and White Russia can collect maximum one member per turn. In addition, there will be bonuses for political points.
In any case, this system is designed specifically for Red Russia, White Russia, Siberia and Ukraine.
At first, I wanted to exclude all other countries, but after thinking about it, I just reduced their political points.
It is not .
born only when a certain member is hired.
Reds and whites is major power in scenario, they perform the main actions.
I like the look of the "pantheon" of the politicians on the top.
As you uploaded your armored car, would you mind to share your armored trains, too?
I'm working on a new model. I'll upload them when I'm done.
It looks great. This first cars (which also were great work) were missing an engine, now there is one.
Great work! I like it!
Well, I wrote to one person. I don't know if he'll have time.
Can anyone have any ideas about this?
Now it works
Each state will have its own Cabinet of Ministers
Is it as it looks like? Can you have only one active at a time like with civics?
These are recycled civics.
Each column can only have one active Minister
Separate names with a comma.
