Even though Romulus and Remus were both old men by now they still personally led hunting and scouting parties. They also made contact with our strange neighbors several times, and even found that they had built up a settlement similar to our own. While many voices in the tribe openly called for their destruction, there has as of yet not been a single hostile incident, but our warriors are always watchful.
In Rome itself things seem to be changing as a new generation is growing up, one that does not know of the nomadic ways of their ancestors. Nevertheless many people still leave their homes on an almost daily basis to hunt and scavenge for food. In fact hunting techniques became even more sophisticated and refined over the decades, as the older and wiser men and women staying at home have more time to tinker and experiment with new weapons.
The younger generation meanwhile has developed some ideas of their own, and would like to try out new ways of gathering food, maybe even grow it themselves or take to the seas and rivers. Many of the elders however prefer their current lifestyle, and would rather increase their spiritual wealth. There is also the question of whether to make weapons to hunt more efficiently or to one day conquer our rivals. Over these questions many a fight broke out in the settlement, and it wasn't until Romulus and Remus returned from their longest trip yet before a civilized group discussion could be organized.
Do we research Mysticism to be able to build Research or one of the food techs, and if the latter which one? Do we train Hunters now or continue building Warriors? What do we do with the units we currently possess? We now have four warriors, two in Rome, two outside our borders.
