Sure, I'll try to limit the range of experience in any team. As you are the only "Immortal" I guess you'll have to play with lesser "Mortals", however.

I do.

I don't want to define teams that fall apart because the members are not committed from the start, as it's unfair to the rest of that team. It will be difficult to fill vacancies once the game is underway, as incoming players must not have read the other team threads.

As an example. Team Chaos is currently a phantom team. I have no idea whether they are all committed to this competition, whether they are all members of the forums, or even whether they all communicate in English.

Chaos, and your team may well both be secure, but I'm a simple soul and I prefer consistent processes. I also have lots of other stuff to do to get this thing off the ground, so please humour me
