Your colonies have thrown off the shackles of monarchy and stepped into the light of Republicanism. We will not attack you, however, since there seems to be no point, and it would only bring fruitless war

To: America
From: Spain

We kinda gave them independence. They just messed it up. Any calls for help from the new nations shall be noticed by Spain. But watch yourselves Yanks, don't come pushing into our territories.

Well do you want an alliance with me now?

Sheep, I purchased a lot of stuff. Did I understand the rules the wrong way or something?

I'm sorry, but i'm afraid i will have to withdraw from this NES. This isn't because of anything in the update- in fact, i don't know what happened in the update.

It's because i'm not that good at handling several NEses at once. Sorry.

There was a frightful event at Liberation tower, as there was an offical signing of a constution for portugal.

Amendment I
All of those who fall under the protection of the Portugese crown will have the right of Life, as long as it doesnot threaten the sovergnity of Portugal.

Amendment II
All of those who are under Portugese rule are equal everywhere.

Amendment III
Everybody is entitled to the right of personal possesions and no one can take them, except for the soveirgn.

Amendment IV
These Amendments are only active for the citizens of the Portugese Empire

Amendment V
Citizens of the Portugese Empire have Freedom of Press and Speech as long as it doesnot harm another citizen of Portugal or threaten the, you guessed it, soveirgniity of Portugal

Amendment VI
Citizens of the Portugese Empire have Freedom of Religion, as long as it doesnot threaten anyone in Portugal

Those are the current Amendments to the Portugese constituion, and if there are more issues, more amendments may be added
