Should nudity in public be allowed?

Should the government remove all laws governing exposure of one's body in a public place? Frankly i beleive that if people want to go around the place stark naked it should be acceptable

Yeah i know they will have the usual crap arguments that children will be affected and stuff but i beleive the sooner kids know about sexuality the better

Have you ever been on a bus with standing room only? I wouldn't want to be on one with a bunch of naked men (and/or unattractive women). You're literally touching these people (by necessity) when it gets crowded enough.

Seriously, a person should have the right to walk around naked and not get raped. If you can't control your hormones in public, then you deserve to be jailed when you rape someone by "accident"

Agree that you should be able to be naked and not get raped, molested or in any other way harrased by others. But I also feel that there should be a minimum clothes limit on certain places, like food stores.

Unless the naked men in the bus are homosexuals, you shouldn't be worried about them then. Wear pants so they can't stick it up your butt by accident while you're standing in the bus (some people could be thinking of the naked girls on the bus).

Yes, some clothing would be needed in food stores. Can't have open farts on the food now can we? If nudity would be allowed, the people should wear some pants because what if someone had farted and left a surprise on the seat? It could've been prevented with pants. What if it was an elderly person who had just taken prune juice? You'd need some kind of clothing to stop soling the seats

We're not saying public nudity should be compulsory. If you don't want to get naked, that's fine. We're just saying it should be allowed. None of this temperature crap should get in the way. If you don't want to freeze or burn your butt off, then they don't have to walk around naked.

I was thinking more in the lines of hygiene. I don't know how it is in the Roman Empire , but over here there are regulations when dealing with food.

Even if you have your clothes on the others on the bus might be naked.
Perssonaly I disslike crowded places and I doudt that I would feel more comfortable if the crowd is naked.
