The Treaty of Nakasaki
1. The territories currently under the control of the Republic of the Netherlands are to become part of the Mikadate of Kanto, Kansai, Kyushu and Shikoku, under the rule of the rightful heir to the throne of the Empire of Japan. The Mikadate is to become a Dutch protectorate in perpetuity. The Mikado is to be assisted in his rule by the Advisory Board to the Mikadate, which is to be appointed by the Stadholder of the Netherlands. The office of Shogun is to be abolished.
2. Russian merchants are to be allowed unimpeded access into the Mikadate of Japan's markets. Russian citizens are to be granted extra-territoriality in the Mikadate of Japan provided they do not commit treason against the rightful Mikado, at which point they are to be tried under Japanese law.
3. Chinese Merchants are to be allowed unimpeded access into Japan's markets.
4. The islands of Okinawa are to be annexed into the territory of the Republic of the Seven United Netherlands.
5. The city of Nakasaki is to be leased to the Republic of the Seven United Netherlands for 150 years.
6. The city of Kobe is to be leased to the Republic of the Seven United Netherlands for 150 years.
7. The island of Tsushima is to be leased to the Russian Empire for 150 years.
8. The Yaeyama Island Chains are to be leased to the Russian Empire for 150 years.
9. The Bonin Islands are to be annexed by the Empire of Russia in perpetuity.
10. All signatories guarantee these borders in perpetuity.
11. The Republic of the Seven United Netherlands pledge neutrality and non-intervention, directly or indirectly, in any war between the Kingdom of Great Joseon and the Russian Empire
