Wearable chest... Yeah, there is nothing like some hilarious mods. But it is not a Bethesda game either if there is not lots of funny glitches and bugs. Curiously what makes other games as Simcity miserable makes Bethesda games a grotesque and glorious experience.

You can reset them in Dragonborn and that bastard Miraak can randomly steal dragon souls from you.

No, it means when the level drops to 15 you get the perks refunded to your pool and can then spend them anyway you want. every level you gain in the reset skill adds experience to your overall level so you can get more perks.

There's a chance that Miraak would pop in and steals the soul of a dragon you've just slained. He taunts you about it saying in his own words "You mad bro?".

I'm playing with it. The Reach and the area around Markarth is incredible. Use Live Another Life for the Alikir start as the Redguards. Holy crap.
