1.) There is no trade.
2.) Divisions are used to colonize all land. They move one territory/sea province at a time (they would take two turns to reach Mauritius since it takes a turn to embark and another turn to disembark).
3.) Fleets aren't required to move divisions but a fleet attacking an unprotected division at sea will mean a lot of dead soldiers.
