Inca-Colombian War
Without Red_Spy's reasoning, the Inca are doomed. They continue this war.
The Inca upgrade their army to 4, and use what's left over to hire a grand army.
The Colombians, however, also upgrade their forces. The Colombians field perhaps the best-trained army on Earth! Colombia gets +2 to all rolls!
Now the fun begins. The Incans have also learned they should let Colombia make the first move.
