Stargate SG1 and/or Andromeda

Ethics, check out Battlestar Galactica (if you haven't already) - everyone I've met who liked the early Andromeda seasons much more than the later seasons have found BG to be well worth watching.

Oh I love BG. Watched it every night this season. I just love the President in the show. She comes out so sleazy and political at times (and this from the school marm) and at other times you can't help but want to like her.

I was temped to respond with "I seen them both" and "Never heard of them".

In any case, I don't realy watch either, although I seen more Andromeda than Stargate. They aren't anything special, but then agian, neither is science fiction, television, or "creative" works in general.

Andromeda is just a cheaper version of Star Trek, only the upotian civilization (Federation and Commonwealth) has fallen, and our heros job is to establish the said civilization (And just too let you know, I am not a trekkie -- I have better things to obsess about ).

Andromeda. I like that show but it's more then a little confusing. I don't watch Stargate.

Correction, I no longer watch Andromeda. But now I have gotten hooked on Sg1.

I've seen parts of both, but don't think I have ever wtched a full episode of either. I don't think they are particularily bad, but just have never getten into them.

dont like both, i think the best scifi drama so far will be Babylon 5.

Of these two, I prefer Andromeda, but only watch them by chance. Fire Fly is way, way better!

Never heard of Andromeda. I've watch almost every episode of SG-1 up to the end of season 7, but I didn't vote because it's not on in NZ at the moment, and neither is Atlantis. I do watch Galactica, which is quite good.
