Story: Sioux people were happy with pretty much everything. A navy was in store though, so the militant people of Siouxland volunteered to build ships and man them.
Plus, more lands for ship factories needed to be built along the Pacific Coast.

Anarchy: Of course! A little backround is that a rebellion in Kuyper Confederation led to the complete overthrow of the Confederation, and the Franco Republic arise. They have pledged neutrality in every international act, gaining economy from trade, colonial expansion, and foreign banks investing in their neutrality (like r.l. switzerland)

To Sheep: I think I may have an answer for u - it is very similar w/ me. I got so many ppl but not one city on the most-populated cities list.
Well, my empire is pretty spread out; so is urs. Therefore, the population distribution is very wide and spacious. With Greece, it isn't a lot of land so the people squeeze into the cities (or @ least i think thats how it is
)

Just becuase you have a big population doesnt mean your people condense into cities, or even live in cities.
Most of Russian and Egyptian people live in Rural settlements distributed among the land, while Greek people in Greece prefer the selling in marketplaces such as the great marketplaces in Athens and Sparta.
