Anyways heres a map of what I think should be Sumer's largest cities ->
Starting in southern Israel going north ->
Jerusalam (capital of Israel and home to The Temple of jerusalam)
Haifa (3rd largest city in the word, Sumer's major port, home of the Navel Yards)
T'bilisi (capital of Georgia and hoem to the Grand Market, a center of trade in the region as well as an emerging industrial center)
Astana (capital of Northern Kazakstan and a trade center with Russia)
(now heading southeast)
Almaty (capital of Eastern Kazakstan. First major city goods from Pacifica and China go to over land)
(going directly west)
Tashkent (capital of Central Kazakstan, former capital of the Kazak nation.)
(going south from there)
Kabul (capital of Southern Kazakstan. trade center with Sinhala.)
(going northwest to the Caspian)
Ashgabat (capital of Caspia. )
Tehran (capital of Persia)
(over to Mesopotamia)
Bagdad (new city, very modern. Large growth rate)
Babylon (ancient city as old as Ur, home to the Hanging Gardens)
Ur (capital of Sumer. 2nd largest port next to Haifa. Home to ancient wonders. 2nd largest city in Sumer)
I know you really control what things are, but this is what I think is most reasonable to assume. Up to you to decide which are more than 1 million (for example Ashgabat has 400,000 people in OTL, and Babylon and Ur don't exist at all anymore in OTL)
