NCSU student accused of creating a 'monster'

Raleigh, N.C. — Raleigh police arrested a North Carolina State University student last week who was accused of creating a "monster" out of construction barrels and placing it on the side of the road.

Authorities charged Joseph Carnevale with larceny for taking materials from a construction site at a roundabout project to create the monster.

The evildoer who created this monster reminds me a bit of Dawgphood. (I mean that with total nuetrality, anyway this guy is awesome ).

It's rather sad that he will likely always have a criminal record for a simple college prank which likely cost the taxpayers less than $50 - at least until you factor in the cost of his prosecution...
