they were mostly black people who lived south of egypt and even ruled aincent eygpt for a few hundred years allthou they claimed to be "restoring" egypt because friends don't let friends have crappy pharos (apperantly)
they were all so the greatest ancient levy builders (well the first to make cotten bags and fill them with sand)
not much but it fills in north east central africa and is extremly old

Illyrians, there is no room for civs in Balkans. However, they are a unique civ. But, if I used that argument, 100s of civs would be in.

1) @Flying Couch: Finland is not slavic, it is finnish-ugrish (probably wrong translation, the Norvegian term is finsk-ugrisk), and the language is much closer to Hungarian and the Sami languages than it is to, say, Russian or Polish. Finland is also influenced by Scandinavia, especially Sweden, and has a Swedish-speaking minority.

2) Why include Sweden when we have Vikings? While the Swedish vikings weren't nearly as cool as the Norvegian ones, they were still vikings. Including them as a separate civ would lead to city duplication.

At point 2, no the city names will not be duplicated because I'll make sure of it. No Swede cities will be for Viking civilizations.
