I have a question .
When i open the scenario it starts to load the game and i can choose who i want to play with and all.
Butt when it opens the game it says "you are defeated" and i can see a blank map.
It seems like there are no units or city's to start with.
Am i doing something wrong or are there more people with this problem?
With other scenarios i don't have this problem.
Can anyone help me?

I re-downloaded the file . Extrackted and thied it again and it works.
No idea where the problem occured but it's solved.

Works fine over here.
Downloaded it at firaxis though because it din't wanted to update in civ itself. (seemed to run stuck on something)
Scenario:
Only some techs get a pink icon.
But it din't crased on something yet.
Started with the neo-hittites and spoke to everyone in the game. year is now 270 bc
Nice scenario btw. was looking for something like this since civ2.
Maybe you can add some real ancient unique units to some of the other tribes. (instead of oromo warrior or janissary)
And wat about an eastern tribe (Bactrian or somelike) to fill up the gapp and create an extra rival for the Elam.

Hey, i'm a newbie on how to install scenarios. I unzipped the Biblical world scenario to C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods but when i start my game, the scenario doesnt show up in the Beyond the Sword Scenarios. am i suppose to unzip it somewhere else? Also i see that its both a mod and a scenario, does that mean i have to unzip it into two different places?

What program do you use to open the file because when I downloaded it it said "unkown application." I can't open the file. What program should I use?

I would love to rate the game, but I can't play it. Everytime I open it, it crashes. I have the same problem that vanaeph had in June. Other than redownloading it I don't see any other solutions. BTW I redownloaded it twice.
If you extract the zip-file into your civ4 b.t.s. mod. map and the scenario(publicmap) to your b.t.s. publicmaps it should work.
When i start b.t.s. i load the mod and after that i load the scenario and it works.....
When i try to load the scenario without loading the mod in b.t.s. it appears not to load the mod. and crashes because it can't load unit or civilizations or somelike.
Note: this way to load a scenario isn't normal for me, most other scenarios work when i just dubble click the file in windows...(auto load the scenario)
