I don't eat breakfast, I eat a coffee and a cigarette in the morning.
I usually have a big healty lunch.
I eat dinner (souper) 4 days a week.
I eat (depending on the way I feel) - cereals (2 big bowls) or - 1 box of cookies or - 1 or 2 ham mayo tomatos and cheese sanwishes or - 2 or 3 peices of cake. I smoke a cigarette and I go to sleep.

been like this for 10 years roughly. I am not skinny, I am in shape, I used to work on structural steel and I play sports. I think my body is just used to my eating.

Almost nothing can wake me up, don't know if its related? We got robbed at our parents house when I was sleeping in my downstairs bedroom. :blush:

Oh, when I wrote "souper" I meant the meal after the dinner, it doesn't exist anymore btw.

Yep, you guys call the three meals :
déjeûner, dîner, souper

While we call them :
petit-déjeûner, déjeûner, dîner.
thus leaving a place for a fourth meal : le souper.

In Belgium and Northern France they use your semantic though, I think it's more authentic btw.

In your case even BMI wont work, as according to BMI Brad Pitt (*oh hes so dreamy in fight club.....*) he is over weight. The info you want is body fat percent and reduce that. The problem is you need those pincher thingies!

My big problem is I dont like to exersize alone. I dont suppose anyone lives in downtown portland?

Thankfully I have lost over 30 KGs from my heaviest and as a result of my recent sickness I have lost 4 Kgs in the past few days, which obviously is not that good to lose wieght that fast.
 
Well, it starts today. Out of at least 40 overweight members, only 3 have joined???
 
I've been trying to lose a few extra pounds that I gained in college. Currently, I'm 5-10, and weigh 165 pounds. Im running 3-5 miles every other day, to get in shape for a big race on the 4th of july...hope to be back around 160 soon.
