As has been pointed out, this used to be an April Fools Day tradition on the site.
It was one of the best things about the site, if not the best.
As has been pointed out, it faded when people here lost their whimsy.
This site's trend toward whimsylessness is one of the worst things about the site, if not the worst.
If resurrected on April Fool's Day, I will happily play along.

Anyway, the other problem with the switcheroo is that it calls for one to imitate another poster's posting style. And here only Farm Boy has a posting style.

Or if you want the traditional format, it's good that you bring it up early. Because I believe it needs an opt-in (since imitation of a poster's style could come across as mockery).
In that case, I opt in. See if any of y'all can out-clown the site's top clown.

Whimsy died here when the forum migrated from vBulletin to XenForo and we lost the social groups (one of them was a place to keep track of who was opting in to which OT activities).
