Los Angeles is a horribly ugly city, IMHO. It doesnt compare to any cities in Europe or the east coast. Northern Cali is quite nice though.

LA is a terrible city that's why anyone who can afford it leaves the city as quick as possible. (Unless you're my stupid relatives of course...) The pollution, smog, traffic, gangs and so on...

I've never experienced colder than -52 C. And that was over a decade ago.

Coldest it's been this year was -45 C, a few weeks ago.

But we don't get too hot in the summer. Frankly, I can't tolerate more than 40 C. I had that once, while visiting my relatives in southern BC.

Ironically, that was also my first experience of getting locked in an old refrigerator.

Actually, I just went swimming all that day.
