My speech:

I'd like the thank the people of Asphinxia for organizing the banquet. Asphinxia is known for its' ancient and rich hieratage, and its' strong economy. The Asphinxian support to the recent war effort has been superb, as we defended against the Iroquois invasion. The current war is now drawing to a close, and I'd like to thank everyone for their support. I am sure the people of PDX also thank you, as the Iroquois must be punished for their cowardly blitz on one of the greatest cities in the world!

As you know, the wars are now over, and we have gained a multitude of cities! Our culture is spreading fast, and victory is within sight. Asphinxia is now the headquarters for our support units, artillery and bombers, as they helped to defend our nation.

I have discovered in my past that chains of courthouses leading from the capital to a highly corruptive outer city will add efficiency to the courthouse in reducing corruption in that outer city. There are not too many courthouses in this country.
