Nope. Probably more like in 16 hours, since the "new day" only starts at 10AM pacific time for Steam.

Did it? What is this sorcery! If it happened, hopefully Steam will apply this to game releases. Maybe they only did this because it's DLC. Well good on us I guess. I had to be in the middle of a corn field at 6:30AM so I sure as hell wasn't gonna stay up playing this
