Question; if a filmmaker wanted to insert a scene showing a particular real world city from the air, with the intent of using it as a fictitious city in his film, would he need to go through certain channels or legal maneuvering and get some sort of approval or permission?

Not likely, unless there were flight restrictions on the aircraft he was filming from. Essentially public places are in the public domain, but there are limits on where you can take an aircraft. Though in the US that isn't really a problem so long as you are cleared with local rules and air traffic control.
I need to write a short paper for school looking at two sides of an argument and offering my own opinion. I am given two sources for the whole 'pro-/con-' stuff. The topics open are:
->The Political Economy: Impact of free market on democracy
->Does Corporate Spending equal free speach?
->Same Sex Marriage
->Separation of Church and State, as viewed through the Constitution
->The Federal Budget and Deficit
->Economic Inequality on our Democracy.
I can't decide. Does CFC have any ideas which one I should write?
SSM would be easy, but Economic Inequality or Seperation of Church and State would probably be more interesting (to me anyway). Depends on how much work you wanna do I guess.
I think the deficit would be interesting. You can talk about the fact that running a deficit isn't prima facie a bad thing. I'd also like it because it's an opportunity to talk about the early 18th century and 17th century Dutch military apparati.
Have there been any recorded romances/marriages between a clown and a juggalo? That is to say, a genuine circus or birthday-party clown, unaffiliated with juggalism, becoming romantically involved with a follower of ICP and the dark carnival without any skill at unicycling or balloon animals or whatever.
