Yeah. It would be really useful if there was notification every time new resources appears. It could be similar as when conquistadors event happens. Or even better would be same kind of event when you discover Bronze working and have bronze near your cities.

that's odd, i don´t remember seeing the jacksonville cow, or the californian fish

Not sure about the cow but the fish is broken due to the iFish not being defined in the python file. Edead fixed it in RFC Marathon IIRC if not I fixed it myself in my personal mod.

Playing an OCC as Venice, going for Space probably, razing every city for Conquest would take sooooo long with just one city. Will reach 50000 culture before too long though, do u know if its possible to win a Cultural OCC victory?

No, you cant. So an OCC CV is not possible.
 
Judging by the year and the cities involved, I'd hazard a guess at Arabia.
 
How to fix it in vanilla RFC?

Go into the resource python file and find these lines. Add the one in red and you should be good to go.

Playing as Greece. Those cities are about to flip to the Arabs. If I agree to the flip, I'd only have Athenai and Byzantion left.
But according to the Atlas, Babylon is not in the Arab flip area.(Unless, of course, Babilu is spread over more than one tile)
EDIT:Neither is Persepolis, and which mod are you playing, because the Achaemenid Empire isn't in the Persian names list.
