As I said, she has my bank card and can use an ATM to remove the money. also she would tear apart my room looking for the money. shes torn it apart before because she thought I stole her hairbrush. (I'm not quite sure what she was thinking....)

If it's your bank account, get your card back and change the PIN to something only you know.
If it's not your bank account, go open your own bank account.
If it is your account, and you can't get your card back, go to the bank, tell them your card was stolen, get a new card, and change the PIN to something only you know.

My brother-in-law and fiancee are both members, but neither actually post. I don't think my fiancee has ever posted, while my brother-in-law is the guy that turned me onto the site, then proceeded to leave it himself. I believe his problem was with, and I quote, "bleeping Russians."
