Jews can't directly say the name of god, so that's why a lot of my Jewish friends right g_d.

Oh, this has been bugging me for a long time: how do Jews pronounce that what they write G_d? Is it "zee dee", or "well you know who", or what?

I must be seriously dumb then.

Question: In the documentary they showed these legal paper thingys they looked like court papers about the desisions and things. Are those things generally available to the public. If so where would I look. They would be from 1979 in California.

Question: How easy is it to become a bartender (knows how to make cocktails) without attending some college or attending an expensive course?

Do you want to be employed as a bartender or just know how to make cocktails (sorry, I can't really tell what your goal is from the post)?

That is a good point.

Maybe a better question is: do you need to train to become a profecient bar-tender. IE) One who can make everything?

Bartending jobs are not easy to get from the people I've talked to in the business, even with formal training.

Being a bartender is as much about providing hospitality/service to the customer as it is mixing a few liquid ingredients.

in star wars is the force just the force or are it really some kind of nano-civilization?

Everyone kinda skipped you. :p

I believe it's just the force, else they would have mentioned it in the movies.

They kind of did, in Episode I.

Also, what does this mean:
which ended in a bright cacophony of strobe lights and featured a suit of armor that danced across the stage.

Cacophony means "Loud confusing disagreeable sounds." What does that have to do with strobe lights and armor?

What brand of cigarretes did American GIs smoke in World War 2?

Philosophical problem of sorts. If we say that x=x, then the statement tells us nothing. However x=y does tell us something; even though that just means x=x. So how is it that we can have two statements with exactly the same meaning, yet one of them is informative and the other is not?

They are different.

Let's use twiddles instead of the equality sign.

x~x

Just means that x is a reflexive operation. Some operations aren't reflexive (e.g. x < x is false).

x~y

Means that ~ is a relational operator. They are different in meaning.
