The Simpsons Quiz Reloaded

Here's my question:
According to Homer (in the episode where Arty Ziff tries to win Marges Love back with that prom thing) when did he start drinking?(It's OK if it's to tough. I stumped everybody I knew with it!)

was it in that little song? "When I was 17, I had my very first beer. It was my very first beer I bought it with a fake ID. My name was Brian McGee (?) I stayed up listening to Queen. When I was 17." Was that the one? Please correct me on the lyrics hehe.

EDIT: hmm I think this was from the episode where homer quits drinking...

Sorry Mise, but that is not what I am looking for  . That would probalby be the right answer, but I said a certain episode. BTW, somebody tell me when I can post the answer. :crazyeye:

"Simpson, have you been drinking?"
"Only for 25 years."

BTW: Homer did say that he had his first beer when he was 17, but in another episode (I forget which one exactly) there is a flashback to when Barney was studying before a test and Homer convinced Barney to have some beer, but that might not have been Homer's or Barney's first beer. Further more: Homer once said that he first drank beer when he was (probably about eight from the looks of the flashback) a kid and he and Barney then crashed their little red wagons.
"Let's never drink again" said Barney, in the flashback.
"And we never did." said Homer, and then he took a drink from his Duff can.

You can post the answer whenever you feel like it, but it is better to post hints first.

The Simpsons history is almost random and nothing is written in stone, sand maybe. It all depends on what the newest batch of writers wants to make jokes about, the history can be changed to accomidate the jokes. Sometimes it sticks though. Homer's mother is a good example. Originally she was a farm wife, normal by every standard. Then in another episode they were living in a city in a small apartment and Homer's mother was a hippy. They went with the second one and she has been a hippy ever since, occasionally making appearances.

I have no idea what the answer to your question is though:blush: Just rambling:)

If it was 25 years ago, and Homer is 39, it means he started drinking when he was 14 years old?

Just like how they add and remove features of Springfield according to what is needed for the episode, like an oceanfront.

Correct! hbdragon88 is correct! :goodjob:
Homer ran into that Dondelinger guy, and he asked Homer "Have yu been drinking?" Homer Responds "Only for the last 25 years." At that point, he was 39. 39-14=14! Nice try everybody! :D
BTW, other people might have said something about the question, but hbdragon88 was the first to answer! :crazyeye:

I'll let anyone ask a question, because I can't think of any.

A bricklayer from Patterson, New Jersey :yeah:

In the episode where Frank Grimes Jr. tries to kill Homer, what, according to Marge, what has been trouble ever since it opened?
