Here's a tough one, i'm not sure if the answer to this one has been explicitly stated in any episode.

Other than Homer, Barney, Carl, and Lenny, there are two other lowlifes who frequent Moe's Tavern. The usually don't say much, but they're always there. One wears a baseball cap and glasses, the other has a comb-over. What are the names of these oft-overlooked characters?
