1832 A.D.
Military Advisor- Commander, the Roman attack on Ambria was followed by a secondary attack on Svivren.
Military Advisor- The regiment of infantry at Svivren was pounded on by 17 Roman tank squadrons and was eventually overwhelmed. After capturing the city, the Romans sent another 15 tank squadrons up around Apisala, but it looks like they are going to bypass it.
King Gudea- They may be trying to get at our thinly-protected interior.
Military Advisor- I agree. They are also targeting our radar towers as they move along.
King Gudea- I'm getting tired of this! I want a strike on Rome ASAP, to cut the head off of this monster.
Military Advisor- Sir, are you speaking of the nation or its capital?
King Gudea- I want the city of Rome in flames and Caesar along with it!
Military Advisor- Rome is deep within their territory. It will take some time to fight our way there.
King Gudea- No, I want to got straight for Rome. Caesar will not be expecting that and will be unprepared. Send out the word to all our forces and national recruiting stations, to garner volunteers for this mission. Tell them upfront that it is a one-way suicide mission, in order to take out Caesar.
Military Advisor- I will start planning the mission as soon as we have taken back Svivren.

Military Advisor- After the way was cleared by the 1st Army Group, the "liberators" blasted their way into Svivren. The rescued citizens were cheering so loud that I bet they could be heard at Leptis Minor!
1840 to 1844 A.D.
Military Advisor- My King, everything has been prepared and we are ready to commence with Operation:Guillotine. The volunteers for this mission were overwhelming. Once we had enough troops to fill up our transport helicopters, we began turning volunteers away. I formed all these forces into 2 divisions and two additional battalions.
King Gudea- What kind of units will be going on this mission?
Military Advisor- I have formed them into the 2nd Marine Division, the 1st Anti-Tank Division and two infantry battalions. There is also the 1st Airborne Division, which did not need to volunteer cause they are trained specifically for this type of mission.
King Gudea- You may commence with the operation.

Military Advisor- Rome is not within range of our bombers & helicopters, so we need to take out 3 Roman cities to get us a little closer. The 1st Army Group has moved in to destroy them.
Military Advisor- Once Rusicade had been demolished by the 11th Armored Division, our engineers set up a temporary airfield that will be in range of Rome.
Military Advisor- All of our helicopters, jets and 30 bomber squadrons are then relocated to the airfield. I had the 1st Infantry fortify there for protection and all other participating forces began loading onto the helicopters.

Military Advisor- After the bombers and jets had refueled, they took off to bomb Rome and hopefully destroy any Roman interceptors.
Military Advisor- The bombing run destroyed the city barracks, library, university, market and thousands of Roman citizens. The jet escorts were able to easily shoot down 3 Roman fighter squadrons.

Military Advisor- Before the Romans could recover from the massive bombing raid, the 1st Airborne dropped in and encircled the city.
Military Advisor- Now with a secure LZ, the rest of our forces are ferried in by helicopter. We must have done incredible damage to their airforce, cause they have no presence in the air at all.

Military Advisor- The Romans then counter-attacked, trying to break thru our encirclement. They repeatedly attacked some paratroopers that were north of the city(yellow arrow). The paratroopers held on as long as they could, taking out 2 Roman tank squadrons and an infantry company, but eventually they fell.
Military Advisor- A Roman armored motorcade quickly burst out of Rome and thru the hole in the encirclement, then it headed for the port city of Nicomedia.
Military Advisor- We believe that Caesar may have been in this motorcade.
King Gudea- He's running with his tail between his legs.

Military Advisor- Over half of the 2nd Marine Division is lost while taking Rome. Caesar was not found, so he must have escaped.
Military Advisor- Our spy confirms that Caesar has indeed escaped and has moved his flag to Hispalis, on the Roman island.
King Gudea- They say Rome wasn't built in a day, but it sure was razed in one.
Military Advisor- Ha Ha!
