Does this citizen group still exist? Since im comiling all the citizen group for the tourism association i need to know weather to add it or omit it from the records.

I will be opening the celebration in honor of the One in PDX on the 9th, but then I must retire to meditate for two days. I will close the celebration on the 11th. All citizens should be present or risk the displeasure of our Almighty deity. Godinex, I politely ask you not to sacrifice goats in the middle of a major road, during rush hour, in my metropolis, Heliopolis. It's not that I don't believe in the Divine. It's just that my citizens do not want to sit in traffic. I should of had you arrested for disturbing the peace, but I figured that I would let you go. We do have mountians around the metro, you could sacrifice there.
