I propose "The New World" in Chinatown, just opposite the Curzon Soho Cinema in London. Easy transport access (Leicester Square), very central and easy to find. They do an absolutely yummy trolly service of all kinds of niceness (dumplings, wanton, soups, ribs, pancakes, then loads of sweets) in the afternoons and man is it cheap!!!
