Summary of the article, the Koch Brothers are playing Santa Claus with their fortune as they near the grave. But has it done good to just hand out donations with no rhyme or reason to them, no methodology, no transparent purpose other than to feed a frenzy of people with resentful agendas against each other (such as the Tea Party)? Is handing out vast sums of "charity" good for the economy? Does it teach people to be lazy and expect handouts? Should the Koch brothers reinvest their wealth into a sustainable economy by putting it back into the market? Or should they play Santa Claus and expect to be rewarded in "heaven" for their generosity?
