Not that I'm in any position to tell you what to request, but (as an archaeologist) seeing a Mediterranean galley being used as a Viking ship predecessor would hurt my mind.
It would be better (and more historically correct) to basically have a Viking ship without the mast and sail, but with the oars. Because basically that's what the ship you're looking for was (leaving out some facts of less importance which wouldn't influence the look of the unit).
Ain't that a fishing boat from Age of Empires, Stone Age version?
Quite possibly. I have credits listed as dog and Kal-El.

I have an elephant unit converted already (actually it's been done for some time), it's just not uploaded atm. Don't know if it's the exact size you want, but it's a very nice unit.

Could someone make a couple of space units? I would like a space cruiser, Colonization Ark, Space Probe, a Star Fighter like the one from StarWars, something that looks like the Death Star that can bombard "planets", a Deep Space Transport, and a fleet unit (a fleet unit means something that looks like a space cruiser I just requested but can load units into it and use them as an army.
Then I need 2 human units, a space marine with a laser gun that looks like an advanced astronaut, and a Colonist that is pretty much a settler in a space suit. Oh yeah, and I need a mechanic worker, something like a terraformer.
Hope you guys can make em.
they are for my upcoming Space Race Mod, where the map is as big as possible and there is one part of the map which is earth with soldiers and cites in their right places and other worlds where one of the three Alien Races exist.

Check the database for God's sake. I know there's a Death Star, and NavyDawg did enough units to make a Space Opera.

Yeah dude there are millions of great space units already done. Pretty much everything you listed exists in some form or other already. Check the downloads database and also the units library in the units sub forum of the main civ 3 creation and customisation forum. Some older stuff is not in the database but is in the units library.

Thx for the suggestion Oz. I went back and checked the unit library and found this. I think I'll use this for a place holder unit until I can get someone to make a better one.

Hi there, this isn't a request for a unit. The units I intend to use already exist. However, they don't ship with either (a) the unit32 pcx icon nor (b) the civilopedia icons large and small. I thought this would be the best place to ask if anyone knows where I might find those files.
The three units in question are:
- Kryten's Allied Hoplite by jobiwan7 found here.
- Kryten's Macedonian Phalanx by jobiwan7 found here.
- Kryten's Hoplite found here (there's no preview post for this one, it's just straight to a DL link).
These are pretty old units and I'm sure folk have used them in the past. So, can anyone please tell me what was done for the unit32 and pedia icons when folk have used these before? And where one might find those please?
