Unit Request Thread 3

I need a set of ancient warships. I have the models and all necessary files, but I don't know 3DSMax (or poser). If you can help, I will send you the models. Send the bitmaps so that I can produce the flc's and you can keep the models. here are the ships.

Send me a PM and I'll send the files.

Not a unit, but does anyone have an M1 steel helmet (Viet Nam era) prop that they would be willing to share? OBJ or 3DS format preferred, but I have 2 days left on my free Max trial so if you've got .max I can convert it. Thanks!

Are there any modern submarines, carriers, destroyers, cruiser, and gunboats out there?

Check the downloads database, Alocs.

hey can someone make some "drones"?
I already have the UAV in the DB, id like to see a stealth drone unit, or maybe some russian UAV units if possible. I'm trying to expand the modern units a bit in my mod. since i've mostly focused on WW2 and coldwar units so far

That looks like a parade uniform, not combat gear.

I presume you mean tom2050's Predator ... ? Bjorn / Bjornlo made an X47b stealth UAV - if you need that (and it's not in the db) let me know and I'll repost it.

Best,

Oz

Although we usually associate the Wehrmacht Blitzkrieg with Panzers and other glamorous vehicles the stark historical reality is that even in 1944 an Infantry Division had about as many Horse Drawn carts as its combined strength of all motor vehicles including motorcycles.
We dont seem to have a single unit ( other than the German Horse Infantry) that reflects this.
We have a rich selection of ancient horse drawn vehicles but nothing for WW2
A couple of suggestions are the IF15 cart which carried a twin AA MG and the HF7 Stahlwagen
both of which were in widespread usage
