Interesting rifleman. That Filipino UU but Phillipines didn't really gain independence until after WWII and is still a jolly unstable place. I would like to see a Star Trek MACO made that could be used as future infantry. They look cool and would be a good infantry unit at lazers or stealth. Just a thought, Healz.

Hey all, I'd like to request Unique Unit for my own country Latvia. We already have modular civ and leaderhead, so the only thing we need is UU. So I would like to request Latvian rifleman, which replaces rifleman. Nothing much just reskin of regular rifleman. Here are the pictures:

This could be a good Christmas present for me.

This infantry is in uniforms from 1919. Do you think it'll work also as ww2 infantry or the difference were larger?

Probably not, the difference was larger.

While the capes and that one helmet in the LAst picture look WW1-ish, they were probably introduced and used somewhere inbetween the World Wars (as Latvia declared indipendance from Russia somewhere at the very end of WW1 and was "re-joined" into UdSSR very early in course of WW2, and then ocuupied by Germany very soon after...)

The uniform looks very similar to Soviet WW2 uniforms. While the helmets in the second picture look like Wehrmacht ones... So in the end... I don't think Latvian WW2 unforms would have been that different. Probably a very good candidate for WW2 as well.

While you have good reason not to like the idea of foreighn rule in your country, i don't think there is something bad about knowing that it was part of the history, and aknowledging how the neighbours (and occupants) influenced the development... (Trying to say: just because the Uniforms look similar to Russian, does not mean it's a bad UU for a free Latvia)... I.e. because Latvia spent a lot of time under foreighn rule in the one form or the other, it might be difficult to find a 'completely clean' UU...

There are two other things i can think of - both with some 'foreighn taste'...
Some kind of Crusader/Knight - The Livonian Order originated somewhere in the Area... (After the Area was 'introduced' to Christianity by Teutonic Crusaders...)
Another possibility would be some kind of Hanseatic Ship - like a Cogge - while the Hansa did not originated there, Riga was part of the Hanseatic League and became prosperous and influential, becaosue of it's position as a importan harbour. So i guess these ships were seen and used there a lot...

Having done a thorough search and not seeing one, nor a request, anywhere, I'd like to submit a request for a Modern/Late age worker. All i'd really like is the standard orange jumpsuit and hard hat worker driving a bulldozer. I'm decent enough with programming and mod'ing the nuts and bolts, but graphics are beyond me

napoleonic/us civil war era horse cannon. Would require custom animation, horse would lead when cannon is moving and idle, but cannon would be forward when fighting/ bombarding.

Also would like a lighter mobile field artillery unit maybe drawn by a ww1 type truck.

True and I could think of somekind of knight as Livonian order, thanks for idea.
Then Latvia will have 3 UUs - Semigall spearman, latvian rifleman and Livonian knight.

I am still looking for a railroad artillery and a modern Soldier with skiers - if you are not able to let him run on skiers, I would also be satisfied when he is carrying ski equipment with his backback. He just has to look different enoug from the other soldiers.

A Fast Attack Vehicle. Star Trek Nemesis had some really cool vehicle featured in one of its images. Really high movement, slightly higher attack and defence than infantry, but more expensive than infantry. Should not be a defensive unit, should be an attack unit. Should start with soemthing like City Raider or something like that.

Im having severe difficulty making the clone trooper, i have a clone trooper but its unskinable and i have no idea why, I really really need this unit badly (no animations needed)

This is quite a request, but I was wondering if someone out there could make or would be interested in making a full Apache flavor set? Ancient, Medieval, Renaissance and Industrial? So it would require:

And if you wanted to get specific an Elephant and Chariot as well. Maybe even infantry and Marine too, but the others would be more necessary. Please?

I have, i have, maybe i didn't see one, and some units here are attached to the threads and not to the db, and maybe someone just knows it.
