Unit requests thread

In hopes that someone feels sorry for me and makes the unit, I made a pathetic attempt at doing the Nif-swap (like I do with leaderheads) to make a new, more unique, Karolin UU for the Swedish Empire. I put an image of my pathetic attempt (ints on the left obviously) and on the right is the model I am trying to use for the unit. Anyway if you want to help, consider this a re-request, either teach me the secrets or if you want you could do it for me...

Okay I have an interesting suggestion, I'm making a Civ based on the DHARMA Initiative, from Lost, if anyone here watches that show.

Anyway, so, I can't skin for the life of me, so I'd like (if possible), a Unit based off an armed Dharma Member, or one of the Frigate Marines, or maybe both if anybody has the time, whatever suits you people,

A good shot of Keamy about to fire, should obviously be used as a base for the Frigate Marine unit.

Unfortunetly I can't find a good picture of an Armed Dharma Worker, but, if you've watched the show, you know what they would look like.

This may sound stupid, but does anyone know where I can find a unit wearing a top hat? I already looked at Chuggi's diplomat. Basically I am trying to remove it and put it on another unit, and I don't have the skills/abilities to remove it from a model its physically attached to. Any ideas?

import the model in blender, remove the armature and all vertices you don´t want (until you have only the top hat, perhaps also adjust the pivo), export as nif. Now you have the hat as indepent unrigged object you can add to your nif (make the hat mesh a child of the head bone)

Hi All
I know i've asked this before and was lucky enough to get some units created for the Babylon 5 mod i'm still desperately searching for modellers interested in creating units for us.
So far we have a few Brakiri ships, Centauri Fighters, Narn Fighters and Human Fighters.
I managed to find a Narn G'Quan heavy cruiser built with 3ds but it is far to large to incorporate into the game and i have found no other websites/pages that can help me out.
So, here's hoping someone can help.
Is there anyone interested in helping?
