This is more a request for help than anything else. I don't know why I just can't seem to get the hang of making units, you'd think it'd be easier than leaderheads.
Anyway, I am working on some ethnic GPs for my mod, some are going to be based on real people, some will not (for instance ANY Middle-Eastern prophet I make will NOT be based on any historical figures

). I already have a Jesus-look-alike courtesy of Chuggi, I figured why not throw Buddha into the mix?
Anyway, he looks good in NifSkope, see...
...the only problem is that it is screwed up in-game. The head is missing, and the Buddha's body is stuck in "gingerbread-man" position (so the animations aren't working/taking). The XML was all correct on my end, so I must have rigged it incorrectly or something like that. Could anybody help me out with this? I figure it shouldn't be too difficult for an experienced unit-maker, and a lot of people would use it.
I have inclosed a file with three folders; the "Buddha" folder has some nifs and a blend, these are all the things I made. Buddha.nif is the "final" nif I came up with, you know, the one I thought would work. The "OrigProphet" folder has the original Asian Prophet I wanted to use as a base. I would like to use these animations rather than the regular Great Prophet animations for this unit. I don't really know why I included the "Prophet1" folder, but it has the other two folders combined AFAIK. So, any takers?
EDIT: If you are a really good unit-maker, feel free to add animations, different skin, or whatever you think the unit needs. I'm a novice, obviously, so I'm sure it could be improved.
