Ironich, huh?

I prayed this would happen a year or so ago! Just for the hilarity of watching Republicans and Democrats everywhere eat their words...

Yes, I was hoping for this.

Speed-dial their lawyers, you mean.

I just hope this is all decided by Wednesday morning and not some long dragged-out process.

Early results say:

Bush - Indiana, Kentucky, Georgia
Kerry - Vermont

According to CNN Bush at 34 EC Points Kerry at 3.

Excuse me?

Do you mean Bush has 34 ECs for certain while Kerry has 3 for certain? (like what Cheiftess said?)

Kerry has Vermont (3)

Bush has Indiana, Kentucky, Georgia for 34.

No surprises there.

CNN and FOX both have 'election results' where they declare a winner after the polls close. Most of the respectable media doesn't declare a winner until the polls close (but some may project a winner).

You can hover your mouse over the state to see when the polls close.

I like Fox better because it gives a better detail as to when the polls close in each state (converts all of them to EST).

Out of the states reporting so far, Kerry has 3 EC points from Vermont, and Bush has the rest.

7:30 EST - FOX has Bush eaisily winning West Virginia, with Ohio and North Carolina too close to call.

http://news.yahoo.com/electionresults

Yahoo is calling it 39-3 right now in favor of Bush.

Bush:
Georgia
Indiana
Kentucky

Kerry:
Vermont

It also says that Bush is winning in Florida.

NBC (the only network in my area that has already started their coverage of the poll results, the rest will start in another 15 minutes) shows Bush to an early lead in Florida and an early lead in the national popular vote.

Once New York gets its vote in, it's gonna be a dead heat.
Total popular votes so far:
Bush about 1,500,000
Kerry about 1,100,000

Oh, and, first time voters in Ohio seem to be going for Kerry.
