Not in any kingdom of heaven mind you but here on Earth (or if Mr. Hawkins is right, eventually on some spacestation or the Moon or someplace).

For the sake of argument lets say you get to life forever in the physical state of a healthy 35 year old.

Vote in the poll & discuss your reasons. :)

I would go for it in an instant. The chance to grow incredibly (more) wise.

And throw in a TARDIS, and I can live out my Doctor Who fantasies!

:D

Bright day
No, I want to live good life not an eternal one.

If I can opt out of it, sure. Otherwise, no.

If I was able to opt out in case of unspeakable boredom then I'd certainly go for it. Otherwise, probably not.

Hell yea!!!

would i be invunrable aswell becuase that would be usefull to take over the world

I would like to be imortal kuz there are so many stuff to do and so little time. And if i was imortal i would only have to wait "a bit" for my problems to "go away" ... :D

No, thanks. Give me a century of a good life, give or take a decade or two, and I'll be quite content to turn into worm food after that.

Not in this body because there are problem that I have already. I am waiting for a better body to come.

No. I believe that we will have resurrected bodies if we die, or a glorified body if we do not. It will be similar to the body we have right now, but different in the effect that is will be a body without any imperfections.

Definite no thanks, even if I could conk whenever I wanted to. What fun would it be to live as long as you want and just master everything?I mean you grow up, you get good at something and you die, and when you die you leave a scar on the world of whatever it is you did, whether you did what you did well and left a big gaping hole in it or whether you did it alrite and left a pinpoint sized prick. Were all going to leave a scar on something, ussually one thing and I dont want to live forever to see my own legacies overlapping on themselves and suddenly realizing one day that I never left scars, just cuts that healed. It makes me sick that there are actually people who would want to live knowing they wont really leave anything behind.

Or a personal radio-carbon dater.
