I wasn't suggesting that we actually adopt it, just giving VRCW the opportunity to clarify that he did not intend any of the anti-Semitic implications of the former image.
I'm assuming that they're borrowed from Cabala- Satanism is a highly eclectic not-exactly-religion, largely because it's modelled on a rather muddled array of Christian folklore and occultism, rather than anything that ever actually existed. Besides, that's peculiar to this particular rendering, rather than the basic symbol, while the former variant was traditionally a specifically anti-Semitic one.
