I am a fan of Civ but havent played recently. While I like the newer versions of the game I am currently more into Civ3

Hi guys,
Long time civ player. Started with Civ 2 and Colonization then onto Civ 3 and finally Civ 4. Civ 4 is only one that I played the expansions for. I also play the colonization remake. I'm getting back into Civ 4 whilst waiting for the new one to come out. I have read through a few games that people have posted here and felt compelled to join. I don't have much to add to the wide base of knowledge I have seen here but I expect to contribute to these forums more when Civ 5 is out.

Hello, everyone. I am probably best classified as a casual Civ gamer. I have played Civs I through IV, but only until my gaming ADD sets in. I've "re-discovered" all of them multiple times, but only until the next shiny object catches my eye. I enjoyed CivRev on the 360 and DS, probably because they're less intimidating. I'm really looking forward to V as my ultimate commitment to Civ proper...until the next shiny object comes along, no doubt.

Ello, I may be new here but not to civ. I like to wear silly hats and conquer the world (Not at the same time though... that would be rude).

Once CIV V arrives I may do a little dance and yelp a little before installing and once again realising there is a purpose to my seemingly insignificant life... and that is winning (and wearing hats)
